Hi Friends,
I’m running the Chicago Marathon 2024 to support the noble cause of “education of underprivileged children in India” by supporting ‘Asha For Education’. This is a cause that I have been involved with for several years now and the Chicago Marathon provides a unique opportunity for me to spread awareness about this noble cause and the amazing work Asha for Education volunteers are doing for this worthy cause.
My running journey started almost four years back , at the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic , when I was helping our twins with their track practice. The adventure began with a 500 meter fun run , taking me through several half marathons and the 2023 Chicago Marathon. Within moments after crossing the finish line of my first Marathon , I decided to take my running journey beyond personal achievements and run for a bigger purpose that can help shape many lives. It will be an honor for me to finish the Chicago Marathon 2024 with you all along with me on this run for a cause.
Every donation that you make here regardless of amount, contributes to the larger goal of empowering these children through education. I believe in the power of community, and your support adds strength to the collective stride towards making a lasting difference.
